Shipping & Returns



Once your order is placed and payment confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your payment is processed, your items will be sent out for next day delivery by our courier, you will receive further information on delivery date and time.




Due to the nature of our products, our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.


We hope its love at first sight but if it’s not, we will replace or refund your products in the event of any damage during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 24 hours of delivery.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us the incorrect or defective items received.  Your candle must be in its original packaging and unused. If it appears that the candle has been lit and is not in the same condition that you received it, no refund or exchange is guaranteed.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, less the return shipping fee and credit will be applied to your original method of payment.


We advise that the candle care instructions and product description are read upon purchasing to ensure the best possible burning experience.
